Rider Relaxation FRESH FOCUS
£0.00
A calming reset for your mind and body — before you ride.
This guided relaxation takes you through a gentle full-body scan while picturing yourself in the saddle, helping you arrive at the yard with a calm, settled mind rather than a tense, rushed one.
Lovely to listen to before a ride, a lesson, a competition, or any time tension starts to build. It uses slow breathing, progressive relaxation and positive visualisation to help your body release stress and your mind reconnect with the joy of riding.
This session will help you:
Release physical tension before you mount
Calm a racing or anxious mind
Picture yourself riding with softness and ease
Arrive at the yard feeling ready and present
A lovely starting point if you're new to hypnotherapy — and a grounding daily ritual for experienced listeners.
Listen once a day for a minimum of two weeks, then at least three times a week for ongoing impact. Find a quiet, comfortable place. Never listen while driving or operating machinery.
